Reasons of “No Course Available”<\/h2>\n

(1) Not Registered in LMS
\n<\/strong>
\nYou need to check if you already got your order number and if it is still “Processing” status.<\/p>\n

(2) Registered in LMS but No Place Order<\/strong><\/p>\n

For (1) & (2), refer How To Register A Program (GEP)?<\/a><\/p>\n

Note: For those already made payment via GSA to QMCU account, NO NEED TO PAY AGAIN.<\/em><\/p>\n

(3) No email in QMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

(4) Email in LMS not same as email in QMS<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

– may be two different email used<\/p>\n

example: alibaba@gmail.com in QMS vs alibaba2@gmail.co<\/span>m in LMS<\/p>\n

– may be TYPO,<\/p>\n

example: adnanby@gmail.com in QMS vs adnanmy@gmail.com in LMS,<\/p>\n

example: abc.xyz@gmail.com in QMS vs abcxyz@gmail.co<\/span>m in LMS<\/p>\n

BEST WAY TO SOLVE no. (4) is to provide CS the Transaction Code (example: 2206-TR000151) of your GSA payment made to QMCU GSA account, and your order number<\/a> if possible.<\/p>\n

(5) Payment info not found or not match<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

– QMCU GSA payment may be paid through other person’s GSA account.<\/p>\n

example: Husband Mr. A paid for attendee wife Mrs. A using Mr. A’s GSA account.<\/p>\n

– GEP payment may be paid to another QM account.<\/p>\n

Check if your GSA payment is made to:<\/p>\n

and not other account (for instance, GSA of Quantum Metal Sdn Bhd)<\/p>\n
