Help is available for those of us who seek help.<\/p>\n<h2>Learn to be the last to speak<\/h2>\n<p>Let\u2019s learn the skill to hold our opinion till we have heard everyone else. Empathise. Let\u2019s try to understand not just what are the opinions of others but also why they have the opinion they have.<\/p>\n<h2>It\u2019s not meant for you but for your position<\/h2>\n<p>Let\u2019s learn the lesson of humility.
